Waking up in a new country, actually a new continent altogether, and walking to the work place, taking in the chill, and the morning views on the way.. thats how I remember my first morning in Johannesburg (June 2019) π
The first day was slightly tiring, possibly due to the travel, the winter chill (and the fact that I was not adequately prepared for it) and the newness of the endeavour (new to me). I was glad when the first day’s sessions were done and was really eager to head back to the hotel room for a nap.
But my spirits were refreshed the moment I stepped out of the workplace! This is the view that I was met with… it was an instant mood/energy booster!! And, although my teammates were in a hurry to go back, there was no way I was going off without getting a few clicks π
I simply love the various colours and shades here. It almost looked like a painting at first glance. Truly a work of art! Isn’t it?!!
I believe its the winter magic at work here …this might really be all green coloured during other seasons. So, I guess I got really lucky to have been there at that time!! Blessed π
Hope you all liked this too π
P.S: I tried but could not find out the name of this plant. If any of you is familiar with this one please do share. Thank you π

Beautiful photo Priya! I think the creeper is called as Wall Ivy. When i was a kid, one of the houses on my way back home had this covered all over their compound wall and I used to dream of having such a green house (didn’t really know the real meaning of green house at that time) when I grew up. π

Amazing touch of hues gliding across the leaves of this creeper or wall ivy as Anjana mentioned. π
